FindersKeepers buyers agents are perfect for people living outside Sydney who simply can’t be here to effectively assess all available properties. Many of our clients are Aussie expats living overseas and looking to buy future homes and/or investments in Sydney or the Southern Highlands.
We understand the additional requirements and special challenges of buying property remotely and will make sure all the details are taken care of when you can’t be here to organise them yourself. We’ll coordinate all aspects of the property search and purchase on your behalf.
When we find properties that we think meet your needs, we’ll take photos and post them in Client Lounge of our website. You'll have easy, private access to them to see for yourself the property and its surrounds - the pros and the cons!
We encourage clients who can’t get to Sydney to inspect a property themselves to have a friend or family member who knows you well take a look at the property for you.
We’ll even organise Powers of Attorney where necessary, appoint a professional property manager, and ensure a tenant is found.
